Welcome to our beautiful Resort Home with 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. As you enter the house, you will be entering into a Family Room that looks over a Beautiful Pool with Conservation view, Dining Room and Kitchen.
Family Room offers new comfortable Sofa and Love Seat and Smart TV with Cable and HBO, other Apps are available (just use your subscriptions to log in).

To the right of the family room is a Fully Stocked Kitchen with Refrigerator, Microwave, Dishwasher, Electric Stove, and other small appliances and anything else you may need to host a family dinner, or serve take out.

Dining Room has a table with 6 chairs, and kitchen breakfast bar has two bar stools for extra seating.
Off of the dining/family room is a large sliding door leading to the private pool.
The pool backs up to a Conservation area, it has Child Safety Fence all around. There is a table, chairs and umbrella, just perfect for having a good snack by the pool side. During the cold months the pool can be heated for an extra cost (contact me for more details - price/restrictions).

On the first floor we also have a laundry room with Washer and Dryer (laundry detergent is not provided). And a Queen size bedroom with full bathroom (shower/tub).

When you walk up the stairs, you will see two rooms to the right, and master suite to the left.

Master Bedroom offers a King Size bed, Ceiling Fan, Cable TV with HBO, and a private bathroom. Master Bathroom features a walk in shower and sink.

To other rooms are both twin bedrooms (4 beds in total). Next to them is a Full Bathroom with Shower/Tub, and a sink.

This home offers plenty of space to the whole family, piece and quiet. And just 3 minutes walking distance from the club house with all the fun amenities.

Please note: pets are considered. fees/restrictions apply. pets are not allowed on the sofas, on the beds, or in the pool.
vacation homes are self catering. we provide laundry room (washer/dryer), we do not provide laundry detergent for personal use.
one roll of toilet paper is provided per bathroom, and hand soap. anything else that you may need will have to be bought/brought - Self Catering home. Private pool heating is available for an extra cost. NO RVs, NO Trailers, NO Commercial Vehicles. Gated Resort - person that booked the home must be present for check in.
